All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The threading was ok - they missed some hair but the price is good and they are quick. I only get waxed there and have a lot of ingrown hairs for some reason and their only solution was again, to plug their laser hair removal which I turn down every time I go there. They would not entertain that it was the way they waxed the hair that could have contributed to the ingrowns. I do think that you get treated a little differently when they know you booked through Wahanda - the offer of tea/coffee etc which I have never had before when I just walked in off the street.

My eyelashes had come off by the time I got home on Friday night , 8 hours after application and I had a party to go to on Saturday!! I informed management at Beauty Base Ealing on Saturday morning about how unhappy I was with the job and they didn't seem to take me serious with regards to getting a refund or new service! I was so disappointed I don't think I will ever do my eyelashes there again. My initial appointments was with Amia I was asked to walk down to another shop Beauty Base where the girl who finally did my eyelashes initially mentioned to the Amia manager she can't do eyelashes and still went ahead with doing my eyelashes! No wonder they didn't last . The girl herself was nice but the job was very poorly done!

Though this isn't the most beautiful salon in the world, the value is incredible and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I had waxing and manicures done here, by 2 really lovely women - both super friendly and keen to help. My nails looked amazing, and the wax, though painful was quick and efficient.
Will definitely be going back again!
This is the second time I have been to Amia and it was just as good as the first. Very professional, quick and an excellent job. I will certainly be returning agains.
