I was seen seen quickly after my arrival and was offered tea/coffee. It would have been nice if there was a cloakroom to put my bag and jacket.
My therapist was great, a polite amount of small talk, but not excessively chatty and allowed me to read my book and relax, which is just the way I like a pedicure to be. Although I am aware that this is a training salon, my therapist seemed to be the only experienced member of staff in that evening so would regularly have to go and assist more junior staff at the front desk, being very apologetic each time. I understand that junior staff will require further instruction, but it would have been nice if there had been another senior member of staff available for them in those instances.
I felt I received very good value for money and was well cared for even at the end of the day.

Initially the therapist appeared to not know about my appointment so was kept waiting 10 minutes but overall great service.

Quality service, the pedicure was nice, and it was nice to relax in the massage chair. Good value! Would be nice to have a table next to the massage chair where the coffee can be placed, otherwise everything was great.

Extraordinarily fast service, I arrived 10 minutes early for a 2 o'clock appointment was seen at 13.55 and my eyelash extensions were pretty much done by 2! They do look great, there was very little conversation made by the lady who applied the extensions but I don't mind not having the unnecessary chit chat, especially when my eyes have to be closed, more info should have been given about the after care however.

After three weeks, my eyebrows still look good, the hairs hasn't grown as quickly as usual, and can wait for a further two weeks. It was pain free and quick, can't imagine myself going elsewhere now.
