I understand that for a price of £15, you are not going to receive the same quality as a £30 Brazillian wax. But this was an ok wax but not recommended if you have sensitive skin or are prone to in-grown hairs. The therapist didn't use any talc, she didn't remove all the hairs (lots of strays down there I noticed after), she didn't hold down the lips and asks you to do this (not standard practice in my experience), it was more painful than usual (hairs not being pulled against direction of growth). When I got home, my underwear was covered in blood smears from where she had ripped my skin.
Luckily, I had time for a shower and used some ointment which has managed the sensitivity. This is an ok wax for the price, but if you want a good job, I would not recommend. I won't be returning.
Nice staff and the wax has lasted a long time. The price was an absolute bargain! It was very quick which is good but I would have liked the Bikini line to have been more thorough. Easy to find from the station.
I booked a therapeutic massage, however when i arrived, the therapist said she was not actually a masseuse, but a Chinese herbalist/ doctor and insisted on a different type of treatment. The massage was not relaxing at all, and I had to almost argue with the therapist for the correct massage that I booked and expected. Poor ambiance, not very professional- would not recommend.
