first of all I got to the salon and they had no record of my booking even though I booked and pre paid.
First treatment was eyebrow threading, waiting 15 mins for this and then the receptionist did it in the end, but ran to answer the phone 3 times throughout the treatment. She was apologetic but it was a stressful atmosphere.
Second was a Brazilian wax, the result was really good but the lady (receptionist again) got wax on my clothes and I felt it took 3 times longer than my previous visit or any previous Brazilians I have had before. She did a very thorough job, but almost too thorough! No one likes to be waxed in the same spot 5 times.

Very efficient and good service received. The staff were friendly. I was late for the appointment due to traffic and there was no problem with this and my appointment was still completed on time without quality being effected.

Nothing wrong with the experience it's just that there was nothing great about it. Also felt that the place could with a little cleaning.

This salon is quite basic in its appearance but the staff are friendly and professional and the value is excellent. I had a gel manicure and am very happy!
The price was good and I was in and out very quickly. The man on reception was welcoming/friendly. The actual room itself needs improvement - it was bright and not very comfortable.
