Apart from being sent to a different salon (which is nearby) due to no one specialising in Lycon, the rest of the appointment was good. The lady was knowledgable and the room was clean.

Although the hair stylist was very nice and seemed very confident and experienced, it was obvious when I walked in the door that they had no idea I was coming. The stylist rushed through cutting my hair while another client was in the middle of having her hair colored. I paid for a wash, hairstyle, and blow dry. The stylist asked if I had washed my hair that morning and suggested just wetting it since it was already clean (ok, but not what I paid for/expected). I brought several photos of hairstyles I liked but the stylist was too busy trying to rush through to take time to find out what I really wanted. I walked out with a haircut that I did not request, styled in a way that I would never repeat because it does not fit the lifestyle I lead, with no instruction or input on how to style it in the future. Sadly, it was a frustrating experience.

Wopie gave me an amazing pedicure! She is great and I will definitely go back! Also got to sit on a massage chair while she treated my feet :)
