My first time at this salon and I was a bit disappointed by the surroundings themselves BUT Raman was fantastic!! She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and was professional throughout. She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be booking with her again!
Had a full leg wax and eyebrow threading. Would def recommend, service was prompt, friendly and great value for money. Easy location for after work appointments being located in the heart of Ealing Broadway.
I had the 'Waxing Combo' which is excellent value for money! The lady who done my waxing 'Gopi' was amazing! Very professional, friendly and reassuring which was needed as it was my first time getting a Hollywood. The whole Salon and the staff are lovely.
I found a voucher on wahada and decided to get eyelash extensions as the price seemed quite good. After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try as it did seem a quite ok salon. When I got there they did not have my appointment in the books but that didn't seem to be a problem. When the lady came I mentioned to her about 5x that I wanted natural looking lashes and when she asked me again I specified again. While applying the lashes everything went well but once I opened my eyes I was struck by painful stinging as glue got into my eye and the lashes were NOT AT ALL natural. After asking her to trim them, she went on completing the second eye which went better. At the end my lashes looked very fake and I was grateful that I had sunglasses on as I was embarrassed to show my lashes. As soon as I got home I took them off and I'm never going there again. I never thought I would have such a bad experience with the reviews it had.

I went for a luxury pedicure, I was not happy with the results. Once my hard skin was taken off it was left rough no cream or anything. The paraffin wax was a waste of my time, my feet do not feel any different. Once the nail polish had dried my feet felt so dry the therapist had gone into another appointment so there was no one to ask for cream. Once I got home I had a look and the wax was still in my nails with the nail polish on. I have been to better and cheaper places for pedicures, with better results. All I can say that I wouldn't recommend it and won't be returning for any treatments.
