not going back again. Agreed that it was cheaper then other places, but my experience was bad.
waxing was not done properly, i had to be all time alert and ask for patches of hair remaining after the waxing was done a hundred times!
after some time of me getting out of the place, i felt so much of itching, and my skin was bruised.
be careful
I booked in for the full leg, hollywood and underarm wax. Gopi was lovely and super quick with no faffing around so I can't really fault her (she even waxed my toes!). I did have a few issues though, gloves weren't worn during my treatment and the place looked like it needed a sweep and damp cloth taken to things. My biggest problem was the use of strip wax for the hollywood. I'm still quite red and sore and got it done yesterday morning and I have had one before but using hot wax and you couldn't even tell I had it done by the end of the treatment. Some hairs were cut by the wax instead of actually being pulled out. I don't put this as Gopi's fault, just the salon's choice of wax. I wouldn't recommend getting the hollywood but the full get and under arms- I definitely would!
I had gel nail varnish applied and it has lasted longer than I would expect (2 weeks and still not a chip in sight). I am very happy with the service and would recommend Amia - it is in a perfect location in Ealing Broadway, the gentleman greeting you upon arrival in the salon is very helpful and welcoming, and the service is professional and efficient. Thank you.
