Staff was very professional, wax hurt a little as I hadn't waxed in a while but the lady made me feel very comfortable and eased me in. Got a Brazilian, looked great after. Definitely Good value for price and will definitely go back :) already booked an appointment for 2 of my friends.

I took the Hollywood Waxing and it was perfect: Raman is very precise and she doesn't leave a hair! ;)

Great value for the service... It's hard to find good waxing at a reasonable price in London! I would definitely recommend. Easy to reach from the Ealing Broadway tube station.

When I arrived, I explained to the staff that I booked 2 treatments, including the 'waxing essentials'. They told me they didn't actually know what waxing essentials included, so I explained what it said on Wahanda (and what I believed I was paying for).
When I went in to the treatment room, the lady asked me again to confirm that I had paid and how much I paid. I thought this was inappropriate and didn't appreciate being interrogated like this or the clear mistrust she had in me.
The waxing itself was good, except that the things she used to apply the wax were left on the treatment table I was on sometimes, which meant as I moved I would accidentally land my foot in some wax - it was just a little messy. Other than that, no complaints at all.
