When I arrived, I explained to the staff that I booked 2 treatments, including the 'waxing essentials'. They told me they didn't actually know what waxing essentials included, so I explained what it said on Wahanda (and what I believed I was paying for).
When I went in to the treatment room, the lady asked me again to confirm that I had paid and how much I paid. I thought this was inappropriate and didn't appreciate being interrogated like this or the clear mistrust she had in me.
The waxing itself was good, except that the things she used to apply the wax were left on the treatment table I was on sometimes, which meant as I moved I would accidentally land my foot in some wax - it was just a little messy. Other than that, no complaints at all.
The threading itself was great. When I arrived I let the staff know I had booked 2 appointments, one for this, one for something else. They didn't seem to know what was included in either, and I had to explain what I had booked for.
The lady threaded my eyebrows and then stopped and asked me to go to the other room for my next appointment, however I had booked a full-face threading and had to convince her of this (even after the conversation earlier).
Like I said, what they do there is great, but I would feel more comfortable if the staff understood the booking system more and if the confusing discussion at the start didn't have to take place. However, it was great value for money.
My therapist for my pedicure was very good, professional and friendly. All were very attentive and constantly check whether you need anything. Very good value for money. I will definitely be going back!
Professional waxing, quick and effective. The staff was very kind and helpful, providing information about their techniques and offers. Easy and handy to book via wahanda.
