Lovely place and friendly staff. They were running late but made apologies and made sure I still got the full treatment. Great massage, very experienced. Had a lovely tea presented to me at the end too. Will be back

Had great expectations of the spa as I met some of the therapists last year at a promotion at Westfield.
Went in for a back neck and shoulder massage which was great, however the music stopped half way though?
Had a pedicure too, the room was cramped and felt cluttered with things, the whirlpool didn't work and I felt like a lick of paint wouldn't go a miss - the units had chipped paint etc.
The pedicure was alright but my feet are a bit sore where she scrubbed them, the length and snape was perfect but the paint job wasn't 100%. Would return for another massage.
