The facial was good value. Very professional staff. However, the walls were quite thin, so I could hear the people at reception speaking while I was having my treatment.

I love this place. I have been using Amika Spa for a long time now. They have been consistent in the service they provide throughout. There is no cutting corners. I cannot recommend this enough.

Very effective deep tissue massage. The therapist was very knowledgeable and gave me excercises to do at home. The lemon grass tea she gave me was delicious.

Lady who did my wax was very friendly although it took a lot longer than it should.
The lady on reception was extremely rude and tried to charge me more money on departure saying Id had a different wax than the one Id book. I didn't ask for anything different and expect the staff to know what you have paid for.
This conversation happened in front of other customers and was it was very embarrassing to have everyone know the ins and outs of my wax!.
