I definitely came away feeling really relaxed so would recommend this pregnancy massage - in fact, I've already booked one for a friend next week.
However, a few small improvements could be made...
- I loved the first part of the massage on my side but then spent far too much time on my back - being so heavily pregnant this was actually very uncomfortable for my lower back.
- The therapist had a horrible cold and although she wore a mask spent a lot of time sniffling and coughing which was slightly off putting!
- My favourite part of the massage was the end with the hot towel, neck and shoulder massage so would love this to be extended.
If I were to go again I think I would ask specifically for these things!
Wanting a treat for my nails and hands I booked a 1 hour "luxury manicure". However when I arrived I was told rather bossily I was having some new "gel" manicure - very limited colours, it took ages, she was unwrapping all the stuff so it was clearly a new product. No cuticle softener or any nice products just the gel stuff and she was so slow there was no time for hand massage. And guess what, the varnish started to peel off after 3 days! I might as well have gone to a nail bar and had shellac.
