The treatment was alright but I haf to add £5 for a complete wax. The staff at the reception wasn't particularly friendly. Overall experience ok

I had a brilliant deep tissue massage - the therapist was very skilled and responsive, working out the knots in my shoulders without torturing me! I was very impressed with the quality and will definitely be going back again!
The massage was very good even though at times the pressure was fairly intense. The only thing I would mention is that I asked the masseuse to massage my jaw and facial muscles around my mouth she refused to do so on account of only having an oil appropriate for body massage. This seemed a bit ludicrous as this is a spa and it didn't seem plausible that there was no oil on the premises suitable for use on the face.
