I booked a 1hr prescriptive Dermalogica facial which was fantastic. The beautician did a very thorough job. I felt very relaxed and was happy with the pace of the treatment. The only downside was the reception staff were a tad rude when I arrived but this didn't distract me from the treatment.

The therapist basically lent on me with her elbows for 30 minutes. There didn't seem to be any actual massage technique going on. I'm not sure she was qualified or experienced in massage. She was sweet enough but I wouldn't call it a massage. That said all the staff are friendly enough and the place is clean and quiet.
