I wouldn't say my Hot Brazilian Waxing was pain-free, but is there really such a thing, after all? The execution was well done, the result was very good and with no marks or irritations afterwards.

My pedicure was OK, but not one of the best I have ever had. The armchair allegedly has a massage function, but whatever button I pressed, it didn't really do anything. The beautician was very nice though.

Nice venue and friendly staff. The massage is great as well, thai but they also know how to handle individual tensions rather than just following a programme.

I was contacted after making the booking to be told the time I had booked was not available. Fortunately I could be flexible with the time and was able to reschedule at a time which was available, directly with the spa. On the day I was asked to come in later than my pre-arranged appointment time (only 15 minutes though as the previous client was late). Again, as I could be flexible this was not a problem, but may have been an issue if I had other commitments on the day. Despite this, the massage was excellent - I was not sure what to expect as this was my first pregnancy massage, however it was very relaxing and the therapist was very professional and competent. I would definitely recommend the massage to any expectant mothers!!
