disappointed with this venue over priced for the quality of service and found the staff very rude,the massage therapist was very sweet but did not listen every time i asked her she didn't seem to understand what i was saying

The lady who helped me was fab. Let's be honest, no one enjoys going for a wax...but she was super quick and had just the right amount of chat to make me feel alright about the whole thing. I'll be back (I won't enjoy it, but I would recommend it).

what an incredible facial. i haven't had a facial in what seems like years. this was definitely needed, and did not disappoint.

The beauty therapist was lovely, she gave me some very nice massages and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn't like the fact that you could hear other people conversations from other rooms. Even if I loved the treatment I'm giving it 2 stars because my skin didn't change at all. I still have lots of black heads and my skin hasn't been cleaned property. I believe she should have spent more time during the extraction, doing an actual extraction. I might go back for another treatment, but I won't recommend it to any oft friends yet.
