Turned up for my booked appointment and the salon was closed!!!! No answer on the mobile number so had to cancel follow up appointment and go elsewhere. Finally got response by text > 1h later just saying "no problem". Girl ?????????

Julia was amazing. I came to her after another hairdresser messed up my colour and left me with a dark harsh colour when I am naturally fair. Julia was patient and sorted it all out to exactly what I originally wanted. I cannot recommend her enough!
