Appointment booked for 10 - was running 15 mins late due to strike - understandable. My appointment should have taken 15 minutes but I was in the salon for over an hour. There was still acrylic left on nails after and they were prized off using a false tip which was painful! I’ve never experienced that in 15 years of wearing acrylics. I used to come here all the time a few years back but sadly will never return.

My appointment was booked quite late and the nail technician was not happy to do what I required. Also it is not nice when the staff are speaking in their native language about clients to each other I find it very rude
