Turned up for a Brazilian wax & an eye lash treatment. The wax was incredibly painful - I was burnt at one point but just about carried on through. It wasn’t thorough at all. Then as she was about to put on dye for my eye lash tint she was asking me which product to use.. when I asked her if she had done it before she said she hadn’t & didn’t feel confident. I was then told they couldn’t issue a refund & I would have to follow up with treatwell. A very bad experience
