Unfortunately the stylist ran late as I had a very early appointment, but the manager kept me informed and was very apologetic. Luckily I had time so didn't matter and it was through no fault of the stylist he was late. When he arrived, he was also very apologetic. Syad listened to what I wanted and was brilliant at checking in with me to make sure it was on track (I got quite a lot cut off), which I really appreciated. He was lovely and I am delighted with the cut. Deffo recommend!
