The treatment itself carried out by Opal was excellent, she performed with skill, and used the time very efficiently. The facility did jot have zhe fel or look of a Spa having to enter ans wait at the beauty Salon Bello Bella. No changing or shower facility was made availble pre- Spa. One final point was that my appointment was for 1:00 pm. I arrived on time, but my treatment did not start until 1:30 pm. No reason or apology was offered for the delay.
