When i arrived, the room was not warm and the relaxing music was not on. It took approx 5-6 minutes for the music to play through Youtube I assume. In terms of the massage, it was okay, relaxing but I wanted deep tissue which is what i went for.

Opal was great - gave me a nice firm massage - just what I needed! My neck and shoulders feel much better.
