Ingrid was very apologetic as she was running a little late. Made sure I was comfortable and had a cold drink while I waited. Very welcoming. I have always had Ingrid doing my hair, the few times I have been to Amo. She seems experienced and listens to how I’d like my hair. Hair feels great! Highly recommend
