The haircut and place themselves were lovely, but I had a small issue in that I was running late and called in to try to sort it out, but the lady who answered the phone had poor English and simply hung up on me when she didn’t understand what I was asking. Coming from over an hour away on the trains, I was concerned my time and money would be wasted not only travelling but the money I had paid for my haircut. However, once there, the service was fast, friendly and of excellent quality despite the language barrier.
