Avoid. Booked for a Brazilian but was told my hair was too fragile for a protein treatment and I should have highlights instead. I said I was already too blond after the summer in the sun and wanted a more honey shade. Was given a half head which came out extremely ashy light blonde. Told to rebook for a toner to fix it which I did. Then I was told I needed to pay again for the toner!! Not happy at all!
