Very polite staff but not informative with the services, Overheard a conversation about my hair appointment and was not to confident has they could not decide how long it would take. Made me feel quite uncomfortable

I booked an appointment for Saturday 17th of Feb. And I came to the venue, but it was closed unfortunately. I would hoped they advertised it trough treatwell that is closed as I wasted my trip.
