Booked appointment which was accepted only to turn up and the salon was closed. No communication from the salon to explain why & no apology received afterwards. Not recommended.

My appt was at 10 am, the salon was closed & no one answered the phone. Looking online, the store is listed as permanently closed on Google & Facebook. It makes me think recent reviews of the salon must be bots. Have requested a refund via Treatwell.
