There were two members of staff. One finished her shift when I arrived and the other one was with another customer. My session started 40 minutes after, waiting the lady to finished with the previous appointment. I’ve been waxing my back over 3 years now, and I’ve never felt more unhappy, scared, and pain from this appointment. 100% Unprofessional. Never coming back
