Felt very comfortable throughout the entire process; was thoroughly consulted on what I wanted and given a realistic and encouraging explanation of what to expect. The actual procedure was a little painful but I was well taken care of the whole time! Overall really pleased with the experience and its bit me at ease of getting them retouched!
