I was a bit surprised when I first arrived to the appointment as from the waiting area, I could hear the entire conversation between the doctor and the previous client, which felt a bit uncomfortable. I just wish they would make the treatment room a bit more sound-proof. The doctor indicated that they had only recently moved to this location, so maybe that will improve with time. However, my experience was a positive one and I’m quite happy with my results. The doctor was very nice, honest, and direct about his intended results and made sure they were in line with what I wanted. I never felt uncomfortable or rushed.
