I had a disappointing experience at this hairdresser. I chose the cut and wash option but I didn’t expect to leave with my hair wet, I couldn’t see the result when my hair was still wet. When I dried it at home, I noticed the haircut was uneven, and my friends and family thought my husband had done it. Overall, it was a letdown, as it seemed like anyone could have done the same job. The lady, Julie who did my hair doesn’t seem friendly and welcoming at all. Utterly disappointed!

Booked a restyle and felt very comfortable throughout. Really informative, especially for someone like me who has no idea what they really want! Listened to how I style my hair usually and worked with that in mind, whilst giving me a fresh new shape!

Staff very friendly, happy with haircut and gave advice when I asked about layers, loved the curls she did for a change and I’m still able to do my everyday bob. Already made my next appointment..
