The lady who did my nails was really gentle and gave me a lovely hand massage at the end. Owner was lovely and was co-operative when I asked about the payment; their prices had gone up recently but I had booked through the app before this so when he checked on his phone it showed the original price and he accepted this. The only problem I have is the nail swatches need to be updated. The colour I choose from the swatch never matches the colour I end up with. Otherwise I highly recommend:)
