My pedicure was just under a week ago and my toes are still sore where my cuticles ended up bleeding.
It wasn't until I was home later that night that I realised the top coat hadn't been applied, so the polish looks rough and dull. I had an event 2 days later I was preparing for, so was frustrated that I actually looked worse after paying for a pedicure. I emailed the salon that evening to let them know and request I come back to have it corrected before my event, but haven't received a reply

They were hoovering the shop for almost the entire time they were doing my nails, were in a rush to pack up and leave. The manicure said it has a hand massage and that was 30secs of cream on just the top part. Wasn’t a relaxing experience at all
