They always offer you a hot or cold drink. I'm always seen on time or before my appointment time. They give loyalty cards. Friendly and welcoming

Absolutely atrocious. Showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted, got a completely cheap version that I was unsatisfied with. It was messy around the edges, lumpy and looked as if a 4 year old had stuck them on. I returned to the salon a few hours later to have them sorted out because they looked awful. The technician originally just to paint over them, I then complained because it looked even lumpier so he just wiped it all off. I asked to have them removed and refunded but a young female staff member was extremely rude to me so i just waited for him to repaint them then complained about her attitude, I recieved no apoligy from her. I understand that this is a budget salon but manners cost nothing.
