The choice of colours was good but they used an electric nail file straight on my nail which I don't find many salons use now. I find this makes the nail weaker and my nails were a bit sore the next day. Also quite a messy job and used their own nail to clean up where nail polish was going outside of the lines rather than a wipe.

I had acrylic extensions, and after 48 hours two had come off. I got in contact and they invited me back straight away to have them fixed. Rather than just fixing the two that came off, they took the polish off every nail to check no more would come off. All free of charge.
The customer service was exceptional.
