Amazing as always! I love that even when these nail techs are just repairing a single nail, they still put the same amount of effort and care in as if they were doing all ten! Amazing!

Technician was too busy speaking to other team members and was not paying attention to what he was doing. My nails are all different lengths and the design I asked for (and showed a photo of) look nothing alike. However, I have complained and am having them re-done.

First time at the salon, and I'll be honest, not the best experience - I booked Ombre nails, but wasn't given ombre nails. The guy didn't understand the look I wanted, and despite showing him several pictures, I wasn't given what I wanted. The nails were shorter than I wanted, and I asked for him to replace the tips that were short - these were just yanked off, which was painful. The whole treatment was rushed. At the end I was jokingly asked if I would sign something to say I wouldn't complain!
