I normally love coming here, but sadly I didn’t have the best experience today. I came in for acrylic infills, and it felt very rushed and messily done; at no point was I asked how I wanted the length/shape, it was a little painful at moments when he dug into the sides of my nails, and my cuticles were left in a real mess at the end. Such a shame as this is usually my favourite nail salon but a big let-down today.
