Honestly, entire process stressed me out!
She was quite rude & rushed entire process. I asked her to remove any hang-nails/skin during pedicure & she dug way too deep which caused me a cut & some bleeding & aftermath pain.
When addressing her during that she was hurting me, said fine she won't do it b/c I am complaining, despite me asking her to be more gentle. W/in 1 day, 2 nails w/ Gel polish entirely fallen off & there was excess of polish all over my toes.
DO NOT RECOMMEDN, waste of £

Today was my first time at this establishment. I came in with acrylics and shellac that had damaged my nails from another salon and Lyn made my natural nails come back to life! I’m really happy I booked to go here as my nails now look healthy and clean! I wasn’t pushed into having any other treatment and Lyn even suggested to let my nails have a break to gain back their natural strength. From this, it showed me that her honesty and professionalism was great and makes me want to come back already! I would even go so far as to say I would take my mother as I felt I was taken care of and that the level of service was genuine and pleasant. Will come again soon. Thank you Lyn
