Mixed review, nice staff but mixed hair results. I attended my Friday 12.30 appointment to be turned away as I didn’t have a patch test and couldn’t sign a disclaimer, I came back the following day for an appointment, they were running about an hour late so I saw a different hairdresser who applied bleach to my root and some of my already bleached hair which made me nervous about the overlap, bleach roots lighted only to a yellow so with pink toner on top I have peach roots but pink hair so I’m going to be stripey. Add on toner was half the price on Treatwell to what I needed to pay in the shop as an extra, was in for 5hours not two as predicted, I booked Felicity Bee but it’s actually Leigh Healey hairdressers under their name so I went somewhere that I didn’t intend to based on other reviews.

Always love it here. They use amazing shampoo/conditioner/hair treatments, the ladies are lovely and the decor adds to the relaxing ambience
