It was my first time going there, I’m not sure is Abi new to this or not but the service I received was not professional. She did not go through my problems with me not even ask for me conditions. What I read online is different from what I received (which is just a normal facial instead of targeting the area where I have problems). Not to mention she cleansed and rubbed my face so hard that even the mask couldn’t smooth it and I left with burnt cheeks and chin. I don’t think I will go back.
