My mum got her hair cut but it wasn’t as short as she liked as the stylist couldn’t use clippers. We showed her a photo and she never said anything about not being able to use clippers until after she had done most of my mums hair. I didn’t get my hair cut as I have an undercut and didn’t see the point in having the top done and not the bottom.
Caitlin was lovely - worked on my hair with no other distractions. She also helped me choose an appropriate hair colour to match my complexion and one that was achievable without damaging my hair, extensively. I left feeling g very pleased
The salon was fine and the people friendly but the haircut itself was very poor. I left with it completely uneven on both sides and there were parts of my hair that’ll she didn’t cut. I was so bemused when she took my cape off and walked off as I didn’t have a clue that she’d finished! I have had to go somewhere else for them to finish the job. I’m afraid that based on my experience I won’t go back and can’t recommend.
