The staff were really lovely. The place is a tad cold and lacking atmosphere but this didn't detract from the treatments.
What a find! I arrived to a very warm welcome and a hot chocolate (it was pouring outside and cold so needed!) and then had a great first experience with Shoni. She listened to what I wanted, was really chatty and did a great job on my hair (very long to short bob). Will definitely be back x
I booked my appointment over the phone the night before the treatment, speaking the receptionist for about 5 minutes. When I arrived to have my eyelash extensions the following day I was told that it wasn't possible because she'd "forgotten" that I needed a patch test. Ended up wasting half my afternoon travelling to the salon on a Saturday, only to be told it wasn't possible. When I arrived the salon was slightly scruffy looking with letters missing from the sign outside and I seemed to be the only person there. Would not recommend.
Overall- Extremely annoying and totally unprofessional.
