By far the best experience at a hairdressers I have ever had! Turned into such a relaxing day out. I had a balayage, cut and blow dry and Shoni was AMAZING I have never been more in love with my colour. I went from a dark brown/black to a light caramel brown and Shoni made it effortless. I was treated to prosecco and good company and loved to discover that all the products used were vegetarian and plant based!

Went to the salon, was told my 1hr treatment was actually only half an hour and that the time allocation/price combination was an “error on Treatwell’. I’d have put this down to a simple mistake had they offered to honour the price and rectify the mistake for future clients, but instead they blamed the salon junior who “deals with the Treatwell descriptions”. Nice team huh?! Makes me feel wonder if such an honest mistake after all, or simply a deliberate £ making ploy teamed with an assumption that the customer will stay for their treatment and accept the excuse. Not this customer! I turned round and just like that they lost both a beauty and a hair client.

Having never had microdermabrasion before I was a little hesitant, however Chelsea took the time to explain everything to me and put me at ease.
The treatment itself was actually really relaxing and I enjoyed it alot, afterwards my skin was amazing and I could tell a massive difference the next few days. I cant wait to see the difference in 4 weeks! I have booked in my sister and my wife and I am going for another one in 2 weeks!!!
