Good experience but I feel like the stylist missed what I was trying to describe

Avoid this place! They are not respecting social distancing, I was asked to sit close to another customer for my cut. And the Olaplex treatment I paid for WASN’T OLAPLEX! I got suspicious when they didn’t know how to apply it and washed my hair between steps (it goes on top of each other). I asked the girl (Caitlin) to show me the bottle but she refused saying she was too busy. Total rip off. Now they are ignoring communications from Treatwell re: my refund. Busted! Very unprofessional. Avoid!!!

In my opinion, it’s a quite pricey for what you get but I left the salon happy with the haircut I wanted. Jade’s a lovely hairdresser.
