Booked this haircut for my 14 year old daughter after having a great experience myself.
She went on her own after school.
Amy was fantastic with her and did exactly what she wanted with her hair. She had long hair and wanted a sizeable amount cut off for a change.
She absolutely LOVES her new hair! Washed, cut and styled beautifully. Looks so healthy now.

It was OK. The balayage was different to what expected but I should have been clearer on what I had in mind.
The haircut was where disappointing, lacking attention to detail, and even after a quick fix next day it didn't feel right. Amy asked to get in touch if I wasn't happy, but tbh, I'd rather go somewhere else. It's not only my money but also my time.
