Fatema was lovely, however my treatment was awful and I left without nails done. I arrived seven minutes late for my appointment ( the clock in the shop runs 15 minutes fast) and she had already accepted a walk in, which was fine but did push my appointment back,the appointment was then a disaster, whilst she is lovely I left with bleeding cuticles and no nail polish (as my hands were too sore and she didn't have the colour I wanted -black). Was promised a refund which hasn't appeared.

Best services!! I have got my eybrows done from Amy’s beauty and nails, never got that good shape of my eyebrows before. Strongly recommend

I had my facial, waxing and eyebrows done there. staff was very friendly and cooperative. Environment was very comfortable, I been offered coffee to feel more relaxed while getting all the services. Charges are very reasonable as compare to the quality of services I received. I definitely go there again and would highly recommend it.
