I had a hydradermie facial. On the booking system it’s 1hr 15 but I only got 1hr 5min. Wasn't ask to fill in any consultation forms. Was told to go downstairs and get ready but as a new client surprised I wasn’t shown to the room.
Amy didn’t look at my skin before applying products only asked what I thought my skin was like.
The worst part later that evening I was looking through Instagram and Amy had posted a video of me on her story while I was in my mask without any permission!
