Amazing little place. Very calming and comfortable as soon as you’re inside the building. Sound therapy hundred percent DOESN’T feel like a gimmick as the experience was very immersive and it had a relaxing impact on my mind. Angela guides you through the whole session and enhances the experience by helping each person to genuinely relax and forget about daily worries. Just like music, the sounds truly travel through you and change the vibrations in your body so it really does affect the energy in your body in a good way.
