At home service which was booked for Monday was then cancelled and booked again for Tuesday. No one showed up on Tuesday so it was then rebooked for Wednesday.

I booked a prepaid at home appointment. On the day, I received a call almost 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time saying that they could not find me. Rather than try and find me, the immediately tried to rearrange my appointment. I sent the correct address (the postcode takes you direct to the door) and also stood outside and shared my location. They then cancelled the appointment and agreed to refund me. I then got a call saying that I had supplied the wrong postcode (not the case).

Had a haircut at home, Honey listened closely to what I wanted and the photos I showed her. She altered the style to fit my face shape (which she guessed accurately under my mask) and gave me advise for dying my hair in the future to best enhance the style. Really pleased with the finished cut and her level of cleanliness and hygiene. Really friendly as well.
