This was my first time visiting the salon upon arriving Ana wasn’t there so another therapist stepped in. I was asked to stretch the skin around my eyebrow to help with the waxing - overall the shape was ok but there were still lots of stray hairs left (in other salons these usually would have been tweezered.) I’m used to a post few hours rednesss after waxing but 24 hrs later and my skin is still red raw / sore to touch. Others may have different experiences but be careful if you have plans!
