Total treatment lasted 55 mins when it was supposed to be 90. The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable so I had great expectations. The massage was good and lasted approx 30 mins but the facial was so very rushed and was around 20 mins it left the whole treatment a big disappointment.

Normally have a good experience with Treatwell, but not this time. Shop front has different name to name on booking. Nobody was in the shop when we first arrived. Shop presentation a little unloved. My daughter was given a terrible haircut. Only realised this after I left the hairdressers. Really uneven and chopped at. Would recommend avoiding this place.

Lovely customer service! My hairdresser was lovely and chatty and offered great advice, id definitely like to visit her again! The salon could use some maintenance/ renovation but overall I left really happy 😊

It was fine, she couldn't fit me in so she asked if I could come the next day which I agreed to. The woman was nice but the salon was really dirty, definitely get what you pay for and it is cheap. Also I asked her to dye my eyebrows black and she put brown in there, and pretty sure she dyed my eyebrows black when I asked for blue/black.
